Shipping Policy

Elite Golf Sims ships premium indoor golf simulators, launch monitors, enclosures, projectors, screens, and mats across the United States. Because much of our equipment is large and high-value, most orders ship via freight (LTL) carriers with the care these products deserve.

Free & Fast Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Smaller accessories ship via standard ground carriers (UPS/FedEx); larger items such as enclosures and full simulator packages ship via freight (LTL).

Freight & White-Glove Delivery

Freight shipments are delivered curbside by default: the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and you are responsible for moving the equipment inside. White-glove delivery (inside placement, and where available, unpacking and debris removal) is available on select items for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you would like a white-glove quote.

Lead Times

In-stock accessories typically ship within 1-3 business days. Launch monitors and simulator equipment generally ship within 3-7 business days. Custom enclosures and built-to-order packages have manufacturer lead times of 2-6 weeks; we will confirm the estimated timeline for your specific build after you order. Freight transit typically adds 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking or freight carrier details by email once your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment window.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect all freight deliveries before signing. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for full damage-claim details.
